Sri Lanka Crisis: श्रीलंका संकट के बीच अलर्ट पर भारतीय सेना, समुद्री सीमा से घुसपैठ की आशंका

Sri Lanka Crisis: भारतीय तटरक्षक बल श्रीलंका के साथ समुद्री सीमा पर हाई अलर्ट पर है, ताकि वहां चल रहे राजनीतिक और आर्थिक संकट के कारण वहां से अवैध प्रवासियों की आमद को रोका जा सके. रामेश्वरम के पास मंडपम बेस से संचालित भारतीय तटरक्षक होवरक्राफ्ट से सीमा पर नजर रखी जा रही है.

बता दें कि श्रीलंका के मौजूदा हालात पर विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रावक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने कहा कि भारत श्रीलंका का सबसे करीबी पड़ोसी है. दोनों देश में गहरा बंधन है. हम श्रीलंका के लोगों के साथ खड़े हैं क्योंकि उन्होंने इस कठिन दौर से उबरने की कोशिश की है. वहीं विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत सरकार श्रीलंका में मौजूदा आर्थिक संकट से निपटने के लिए हरसंभव मदद और सहायता प्रदान करेगी. उन्होंने आगे कहा- भारत और श्रीलंका के बीच बेहतर द्विपक्षीय संबंध हैं.
