बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट का आदेश: आवारा कुत्तों को खिलाना है तो अपने घर में खिलाएं, कहीं बाहर नहीं
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की नागपुर बेंच ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि "यदि कोई व्यक्ति आवारा कुत्तों को खिलाने में रुचि रखता है, तो वह पहले आवारा कुत्ते को गोद लेगा, उसे घर लाएगा, उसे नगरपालिका अधिकारियों के साथ पंजीकृत करेगा या किसी कुत्ते के आश्रय में रखेगा."
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की नागपुर बेंच ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि "यदि कोई व्यक्ति आवारा कुत्तों को खिलाने में रुचि रखता है, तो वह पहले आवारा कुत्ते को गोद लेगा, उसे घर लाएगा, उसे नगरपालिका अधिकारियों के साथ पंजीकृत करेगा या किसी कुत्ते के आश्रय में रखेगा." कोर्ट ने कहा, कोई भी अपने घरों को छोड़कर किसी भी स्थान पर आवारा कुत्तों को भोजन नहीं कराया जाएगा.
