दिल्ली सर्विस बिल पर राज्यसभा की चर्चा में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह (Manmohan Singh) ने भी हिस्सा लिया. राज्यसभा में बिल पर चर्चा में हिस्सा लेने के लिए पूर्व पीएम व्हीलचेयर पर पहुंचे. मनमोहन सिंह की मौजूदगी ने हर किसी का ध्यान खींच लिया. ख़राब स्वास्थ्य के बीच राज्यसभा में उनकी मौजूदगी ने हर किसी को हैरान किया. मनमोहन सिंह 90 साल के हैं, उनके जज्बे की लोग तारीफ कर रहे हैं.
