CM Arvind Kejriwal New Summons: दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को मामले में पूछताछ के लिए नया और नौवां समन जारी किया. समन के बाद दिल्ली के सीएम को 21 मार्च को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया है. हालांकि इससे पहले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल शनिवार को शराब नीति मामले में राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट से ईडी के समन  को लेकर जमानत मिल गई.  ईडी ने दिल्ली शराब घोटला मामले में पूछताछ के लिए नया और 9वां समन जारी किया है.

हालांकि आम आदमी पार्टी ईडी द्वारा भेजे जा रहे सभी समन को अवैध बताया है. ईडी के समन को अवैध बता कर हे दिल्ली के सीएम अरिवन्द केजरीवाल दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी. जिस याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद केजरीवाल को शनिवार को ईडी के समन को लेकर जमानत मिल गई. लेकिन ईडी ममाले में दिल्ली के सीएम से पूछताछ के लिए नया समन जारी किया है.
