भीमा कोरेगांव मामला: गौतम नवलखा को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत, हाउस अरेस्ट की दी इजाजत

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भीमा कोरेगांव मामले के आरोपी गौतम नवलखा को उनकी स्वास्थ्य स्थिति और बुढ़ापे को देखते हुए घर में नजरबंद रखने की अनुमति दी है. नवलखा ने शीर्ष अदालत से अनुरोध किया था कि उन्हें महाराष्ट्र की तलोजा जेल में न्यायिक हिरासत के बजाय घर में नजरबंद रखा जाए.
SC says Navlakha shall not use any mobile phone, laptop, any communication device. He shall only use the phone provided to him by police personnel on duty, once a day for 10 minutes in the presence of police. Armed escorts outside will ensure no misuse of house arrest, says SC.
