कोच्चि हवाईअड्डे पर सीमा शुल्क विभाग की एयर इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट ने अबू धाबी से आ रहे कसारगोड निवासी यात्री रियास से 43.97 लाख रुपये मूल्य का 857 ग्राम सोना जब्त किया. उसके शरीर के अंदर मिश्रित रूप में सोने के तीन कैप्सूल छुपाए गए थे.
