Layoffs: अभी नहीं थमेगा छंटनी का दौर, 2023 में भी कर्मचारियों को लगेगा झटका

साल 2022 में दुनिया की बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियों में खूब छंटनी हुई. Amazon, गूगल, ट्विटर, मेटा जैसी कंपनियों से हजारों की संख्या में लोग नौकरी से हाथ धो बैठे. एक्सपर्ट्स का मानना है नौकरी में छंटनी का दौर आने वाले साल 2023 में भी जारी रहेगा. आर्थिक मंदी के चलते नए साल में भी बुरा हाल होने वाला है. कई कंपनियों ने कहा है कि अभी और लोगों की छंटनी होनी है.

एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि आने वाले कुछ महीनों में कई बड़ी कंपनियों में छंटनी जारी रहने का अनुमान है. एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकाले जाने का दौर 2023 में भी जारी रहेगा.
