Raj Kundra Obscenity Case: राज कुंद्रा को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट से मिली अग्रिम जमानत, लेकिन जेल से नहीं होंगे रिहा

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने राज कुंद्रा (Raj Kundra) को 2020 के अश्लीलता मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बुधवार तक अंतरिम सुरक्षा प्रदान की हैं. उन्होंने पिछले हफ्ते अग्रिम जमानत की मांग करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. जिसके बाद अब ये फैसला आया है. फिलहाल  राज कुंद्रा पोर्न फिल्म रैकेट मामले में न्यायिक हिरासत में हैं.
