Raj Kundra Pornography Case: गहना वशिष्ठ की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका को सेशन्स कोर्ट ने किया खारिज
दरअसल पोर्नोग्राफी केस में गहना पहले भी गिरफ्तार हो चुकी हैं. फिलहाल वो जमानत पर हैं. इसी मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए गहना ने अग्रिम जमानत की दर्जी दाखिल की थी. जिसे अदालत ने खारिज कर दिया है.
पोर्नोग्राफी केस (Pornography Case) में गहना वशिष्ठ (Gehna Vasisth) की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं. क्योंकि सेशन्स कोर्ट ने अग्रिम जमानत की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है. गहना के खिलाफ मालवणी पुलिस स्टेशन में पिछले दिनों मामला दर्ज किया गया था. फिलहाल गहना जमानत पर हैं.
