आरजेडी के नेता लालू प्रसाद यादव ने सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा है कि बीजेपी के लोग अपनी हार से घबरा गए है और इसलिए घबराहट में 400 पार का नारा लगा रहें है. इसके साथ उन्होंने संविधान पर बात करते हुए कहा कि ,' जो भी संविधान बदलने की कोशिश करेगा, देश की जनता उनकी आंख निकाल लेगी.
