PM Modi Congratulates Sheikh Hasina: 8 जनवरी(सोमवार) को बांग्लादेश की प्रधान मंत्री शेख हसीना को देश में आम चुनाव जीतने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बधाई दी है. एक्स से बात करते हुए, भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री ने कहा, "प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना से बात की. उन्हें संसदीय चुनावों में लगातार चौथी बार ऐतिहासिक जीत पर बधाई दी है." उन्होंने बांग्लादेश के लोगों को चुनाव के सफल संचालन के लिए बधाई भी दी. पीएम मोदी ने कहा, ''हम बांग्लादेश के साथ अपनी स्थायी और जन-केंद्रित साझेदारी को और मजबूत करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं.'' शेख हसीना ने लगातार चौथा कार्यकाल हासिल किया क्योंकि उनकी अवामी लीग पार्टी ने बांग्लादेश के आम चुनावों में भारी बहुमत हासिल किया, जो छिटपुट हिंसा और मुख्य विपक्षी बीएनपी और उसके सहयोगियों द्वारा बहिष्कार के कारण हुआ था.
