Nafees Iqbal Brain Hemorrhage: 5 जुलाई (शुक्रवार)दोपहर को बांग्लादेश के पूर्व बल्लेबाज और तमीम इकबाल के बड़े भाई नफीस इकबाल को ब्रेन हेमरेज हुआ है. उन्हें ढाका के एक अस्पताल में निगरानी में रखा गया है. ईएसपीएनक्रिकइंफो की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 39 वर्षीय नफीस को एयर एंबुलेंस से ढाका लाया गया. उन्हें हाई डिपेंडेंसी यूनिट (HDU) में रखा गया है. नफीस ने हाल ही में वेस्टइंडीज और यूएसए में संपन्न टी20 विश्व कप में बांग्लादेश के लॉजिस्टिक मैनेजर के रूप में काम किया था. हालांकि, पिछले कुछ दिनों से उन्हें तेज सिरदर्द की शिकायत थी, जिसके कारण उन्हें रक्तस्राव हुआ. बांग्लादेश क्रिकेट बोर्ड (BCB) के चिकित्सक देबाशीष चौधरी ने अस्पताल के बाहर संवाददाताओं से पुष्टि की कि नफीस किसी भी गंभीर खतरे से बाहर हैं.
