सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष तब तक कोई फैसला नहीं करेंगे जब तक कि SC द्वारा याचिका पर फैसला नहीं किया जाता है.

Maharashtra: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court)ने सॉलिसिटर जनरल से महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष (Maharashtra Assembly Speaker) को सूचित करने के लिए कहा कि जब तक सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा याचिका पर फैसला नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक कोई निर्णय न लें. सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि इस मामले में एक बेंच के गठन की आवश्यकता होगी और सूचीबद्ध होने में कुछ समय लगेगा। मामला कल सूचीबद्ध नहीं किया जाएगा.
