West Bengal Politics: पश्चिम बंगाल की कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने 2010 के बाद बनाई गई सभी ओबीसी सर्टिफिकेट को रद्द कर दिया. HC के इस फैसले को लेकर बीजेपी ने ममता बनर्जी की टीमएमसी सरकार पर निशाना साधा है. बीजेपी नेता अमित मालवीय ने सोशल साइट एक्स पर लिखा कि ममता बनर्जी की प्रतिगामी तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति को एक और झटका लगा है. कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय ने ओबीसी उप-श्रेणी के तहत मुस्लिम आरक्षण को रद्द कर दिया है. इसने 2010-2024 के बीच जारी किए गए सभी ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्रों को भी अमान्य कर दिया है. जिन लोगों को भर्ती कराया गया है, यदि वे अपनी नौकरी बरकरार रखने में कामयाब होते हैं, तो वे किसी भी अन्य लाभ के हकदार नहीं होंगे.
