नागपुर में होली के अवसर पर पुलिस की गश्त के दौरान नागपुर के नए Police Commissioner डॉ. रवींद्र सिंगल ने होली खेल रहें बच्चों के साथ समय बिताया और उन्हें मिठाई बांटी. अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही डॉ. रवींद्र सिंगल को नागपुर का पुलिस कमिश्नर बनाया गया है.
