नेशनल कांफ्रेंस (NC) के अतिरिक्त महासचिव शेख मुस्तफा कमाल (Sheikh Mustafa Kamal) ने सोमवार को दावा किया कि केंद्र सरकार ने 2016 के उरी हमले और 2019 के पुलवामा हमले की योजना बनाई थी, जिसमें भारतीय सेना के जवान मारे गए थे. उरी और पुलवामा आतंकी हमलों पर बोलते हुए, कमल ने कहा, "यह लगभग स्पष्ट है कि यह भारत सरकार द्वारा नियोजित किया गया था. हमने उनकी तस्वीरें या शव नहीं देखे. जब तक यह स्पष्ट नहीं हो जाता कि हत्यारा कौन है, सभी उंगलियां भारत सरकार की एजेंसियों की ओर इशारा करती हैं,"
