Retired Judges Letter to CJI: सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाईकोर्ट के 21 रिटायर्ड जजों के एक समूह ने देश के चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ को पत्र लिखा है. पत्र में न्यायपालिका को कमजोर करने के प्रयासों पर चिंता जताई गई है. चिट्ठी लिखने वालों में हाईकोर्ट के 17 पूर्व जज और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चार पूर्व न्यायाधीश शामिल हैं. इसमें कुछ गुटों की ओर से सोचे-समझे दबाव, गलत सूचना और सार्वजनिक अपमान के जरिए न्यायपालिका को कमजोर करने के बढ़ते प्रयासों का जिक्र किया गया है. पत्र लिखने वालों में रिटायर्ड जस्टिस दीपक वर्मा, कृष्ण मुरारी, दिनेश माहेश्वरी और एमआर शाह के नाम शामिल हैं. जिन्होंने न्यायपालिका को कमजोर करने की कोशिशों पर चिंता जताई है.
