फिल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान वीपी खालिद का निधन हो गया है. एक्टर के परिवार में उनके बेटे सिनेमैटोग्राफर शाइजू खालिद, जिम्शी खालिद और निर्देशक खालिद रहमान हैं.
VP Khalid Dies: मलयालम फिल्मों के वरिष्ठ अभिनेता (Malayalam Actor) वीपी खालिद (VP Khalid) का 24 जून को हृदय गति के रुकने (Cardiac Arrest) से निधन हो गया. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, मरिमयम एक्टर (Marimayam Actor) वैक्कम (Vaikkom) में अपनी अपकमिंग फिल्म के लोकेशन पर वॉशरूम में बेहोश पाए गए थे. रिपोर्ट में आगे बताया गया है कि वीपी खालिद टोविनो थॉमस (Tovino Thomas) की एक अनटाइटल्ड फिल्म में काम कर रहे थे और शूटिंग के दौरान ही कार्डियक अरेस्ट से उनकी मौत हो गई.
