सुप्रीम कोर्ट BCCI को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने BCCI को अपने संविधान में संशोधन करने अनुमति दे दी है. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले कि कहा, "हमारा विचार है कि संशोधन मूल उद्देश्य को कमजोर नहीं करेगा
सुप्रीम कोर्ट भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (BCCI) को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने BCCI को अपने संविधान में संशोधन करने अनुमति दे दी है. कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले कि कहा, "हमारा विचार है कि संशोधन मूल उद्देश्य को कमजोर नहीं करेगा हम प्रस्तावित संशोधन को स्वीकार करते हैं." कोर्ट ने कहा कि बीसीसीआई द्वारा प्रस्तावित संशोधन हमारे मूल निर्णय की भावना से अलग नहीं है और स्वीकार किया जाता है. कोर्ट के इस फैसले के साथ बीसीसीआई को राहत मिली है. अब पद पर सौरव गांगुली (Saurabh Ganguli) और जय शाह (Jay Shah) बने रह सकते है.
