ICC U19 महिला T20 विश्व कप की पहली ट्रॉफी भारतीय U19 महिला क्रिकेट टीम ने उठा कर अपने नाम कर लिया है. भारत ने फाइनल में इंग्लैंड को पोटचेफस्ट्रूम के सेनवेस पार्क में 7 विकेट से हरा दिया है. टॉस जीतने के बाद भारत ने इंग्लैंड को 68 रनों के बहुत छोटे स्कोर पर रोक दिया था. फिर भारतीय टीम ने 14 ओवरों के भीतर इस लक्ष्य का पीछा करने में कामयाबी रही. भारतीय पुरुष क्रिकेट टीम के कप्तान रोहिल शर्मा ने ट्विटर पर भारतीय टीम को इतिहास रचने पर बधाई दी. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और रोहित के अलावा दूसरे दिग्गजों ने भी भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम को बधाई देना शुरू कर दिया है.
