जावेद मियांदाद ने कहा “भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बहुत अच्छा काम किया है. एक मस्जिद को मंदिर में बदल दिया. मेरा मानना है कि जो भी उस मंदिर में जाएगा वह मुसलमान बनकर निकलेगा क्योंकि हमारी जड़ें हमेशा वहीं रहती हैं. मुझे बहुत खुशी है कि आपने कुछ गलत किया, लेकिन लोग समझ नहीं पाएंगे कि असल में सही है.”
