पीटी उषा राज्यसभा के लिए मनोनीत, पीएम मोदी ने ट्वीट कर दी बधाई, कहा- 'हर भारतीय के लिए आप एक प्रेरणा'

नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Narendra Modi) ने पूर्व ओलंपिक ट्रैक एंड फील्ड एथलीट पीटी उषा (PT Usha) को राज्यसभा (Rajya Sabha) के लिए मनोनीत होने पर बधाई (Congratulates) दी. पीएम मोदी ने पीटी उषा का ट्विटर पर फोटो शेयर लिखा, पीटी उषा जी हर भारतीय के लिए एक प्रेरणा हैं. खेलों में उनकी उपलब्धियों को व्यापक रूप से जाना जाता है, लेकिन पिछले कई वर्षों में नवोदित एथलीटों का मार्गदर्शन करने के लिए उनका काम उतना ही सराहनीय है. उन्हें राज्यसभा के लिए मनोनीत किए जाने पर बधाई.”

बता दें कि देश की महान एथलीट पीटी उषा के साथ ही फिल्म कंपोजर और संगीतकार इलैयाराजा, वीरेंद्र हेगड़े और वी. विजयेंद्र प्रसाद को भी राज्यसभा भेजा जा रहा है. पीएम मोदी ने ट्वीट कर इन्हें भी बधाई दी है.
