बीजेपी MP निशिकांत दुबे को झारखंड HC से बड़ी राहत, मधुपुर उपचुनाव के दौरान दिए बयानों से संबंधित सभी चारों FIR रद्द
बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे को झारखंड हाई कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. शुक्रवार को कोर्ट में उनके द्वारा झारखंड के मधुपुर उपचुनाव के दौरान दिए गए सोशल मीडिया पर बयानों को लेकर दर्ज सभी चारों एफआईआर को कोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया है.
बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे (MP Nishikant Dubey) को झारखंड हाई कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. दरअसल झारखंड के मधुपुर उपचुनाव (Madhupur By-Polls) के दौरान निशिकांत दुबे ने कई बयान दिए थे. जिसके विरोध में विपक्ष कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाते हुए मुकदमा दायर किया था. जिस मुकदमे पर शुक्रवार को कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरना उनके खिलाफ दिए सभी चारों एफआईआर को कोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया है.
