टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने सूत्रों के हवाले से बताया कि ई-कॉमर्स प्रमुख फ्लिपकार्ट प्रदर्शन-आधारित नौकरी में कटौती लागू कर रहा है, जिससे टीम का आकार 5-7 प्रतिशत कम हो जाएगा.
टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने सूत्रों के हवाले से बताया कि ई-कॉमर्स प्रमुख फ्लिपकार्ट प्रदर्शन-आधारित नौकरी में कटौती लागू कर रहा है, जिससे टीम का आकार 5-7 प्रतिशत कम हो जाएगा. कटौती वार्षिक प्रदर्शन समीक्षा पर आधारित होगी और मार्च-अप्रैल तक पूरी हो जाएगी. फ्लिपकार्ट द्वारा प्रदर्शन-आधारित नौकरी में कटौती पहली बार नहीं की जा रही है. रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इसी तरह की ओराक्रिया पिछले दो सालों से चल रही है.
