X हैंडल @thetrueindian से आर्यन नाम के यूजर ने फ्लिपकार्ट से मिले सामान की कुछ तस्वीरें शेयर की हैं. जिसके मुताबिक डिब्बा तो सोनी ब्रांड का है, लेकिन अदंर से थॉमसन कंपनी की टीवी निकलती है.

आर्यन ने लिखा है, ‘मैंने 7 अक्टूबर को सोनी टीवी आर्डर किया. 10 अक्टूबर को टीवी डिलीवर हुई. लेकिन डिब्बे के भीतर से सोनी नहीं बल्कि थॉमसन की टीवी निकली. इतना ही नहीं, रिमोट-स्टैंड समेत बाकी एक्सेसरीज भी गायब थे.
They haven't processed my return request yet. Firstly they have given me resolution date of 24th oct but on 20th they first showed it as resolved and then extend the date to 1st of Nov. आर्यन का आरोप है टीवी रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट डालने के तीन हफ्ते बाद भी फ्लिपकार्ट से उन्हें कोई मदद नहीं मिली. उल्टा फ्लिपकार्ट ने Issue Resolved बताकर मामले को रफा-दफा करने की कोशिश की.
