बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने व्यक्तियों द्वारा मानहानि का आरोप लगाते हुए सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया को उनके मुकदमे में राहत दी. अदालत ने निर्देश देते हुए कोविशील्ड निर्माता सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया और इसके सीईओ अदार पूनावाला के खिलाफ 100 करोड़ रुपये की मानहानि का मुकदमा के मामले में प्रथम दृष्टया मानहानिकारक सामग्री हटाने को कहा है.
